Customer Cancellation of a Hosting account
Cancelling your service is simple. cancellation form. Your site will be immediately terminated and removed from our server upon validation of your intent to cancel. This required validation protects you from someone else cancelling your account.

START THE CANCELLATION PROCESS. All hosting accounts are intialized for a minimum one year term. Cancellation of an account before your annual expiration date are subject to a $99 deactivation suspension fee in addition to the balance due on the 12 month minimum agreement unless you cancel within the first 10 days of your hosting account.
